基于BP神经网络的超声测流量系统精度提升

摘要: 基于超声波测流量的时差法测量原理,分析了换能器凹凸安装和安装位置偏差引起的测量误差,建立了测流量的系统模型,提出了基于BP神经网络的流量计算方法以补偿测量误差。以Senscomp Tao2008超声波探头为例,在基于神经网络算法设计的系统软硬件中测量流量。从探头安装位置偏差、凹凸安装以及不同流速等方面进行分析,实验结果表明,神经网络比传统的权重系统拥有更强的非线性补偿能力。

Abstract: Based on the principle of time difference method of ultrasonic flow measurement, the measurement errors caused by the convexity and convexity installation and installation position deviation of transducer are analyzed, the system model of flow measurement is established, and the flow calculation method based on BP neural network is put forward to compensate the measurement errors.Taking Senscomp Tao2008 ultrasonic probe as an example, the flow is measured in the software and hardware of the system designed based on the neural network algorithm.The experimental results show that the neural network has stronger nonlinear compensation ability than the traditional weight system.

0 引言
超声波气体流量计作为一种非接触式的测量仪器,因其具有高精度、无内置阻流、对管径适应能力强等优势,在流量测量领域尤其是天然气测量系统占据着重要位置[1]。其工作原理是当超声波在介质中传播时会携带流体的流速信息,因此可以通过测量超声波的传播时间来计算流速,进而得知流量[2-5]。虽然超声波流量计拥有各种优势,但在实际应用中,探头的安装方式、安装位置偏差、安装角度都会造成测量误差,影响超声流量计的测量精度[6-8]。因此,近年来针对硬件设计和信号处理过程的改进从而提高流量测量的精度已经成为科研工作者的重点[9]。本文针对探头安装效应引起的误差,采用神经网络的测量系统来提高测量精度。
