Abstract: Aiming at the security risks faced by data sharing in the process of transmitting and sharing case data by courts, procuratorates, judicial administrative organs and other units, such as identity counterfeiting, regulatory difficulties, privacy leakage and data abuse, this paper proposed a blockchainbased data security sharing model for the legal inspection department. Through simulation experiments, the feasibility of the model was verified, and the hybrid encryption technology, trusted computing technology, data sharing control smart contract, and blockchainbased crossdomain identity authentication technology involved in the data security sharing of the legal inspection department were elaborated, in order to enhance the security protection capability of data resource sharing.
