Shenzhen Jiubaba mainly provide whole kit of PCBA services - parts purchasing , SMT and DIP soldering, boards testing and packaging for electronic boards in small volume, such as Reference-Board, Evaluating-Board, Validating-Board, Demo-Board, prototypes of R&D department, pilot-running of electronic products. Our customers are mainly the R&D center, semiconductor suppliers and companies with small volume electronic products. Our objective is to provide high quality and quick response for customers whose boards are usually in small volume of batch quantity. 

公司开设了一条SMT线, 日产量20万件，插件线二条, 日插件量可达1０万件。生产装备雅玛哈YV100x-F多功能机、八温区回流焊" title="回流焊">回流焊满足元件从1005的片状元件到５４mm的ＱＦＰ及ＢＧＡ，芯片的帮脚间距最小达３.５mil。 

We have one SMT line with production ability 200K points and 2 DIP lines with production ability of 100K points. Our SMT facilities – AUTO-paste Printer, Yamaha’s YV100x-F multi-functional pick and place machine and 8 temperature zones reflow-oven are capable of assembly for SMT part size from 1005 R/C/L to 54mm QFP/BGA with fine pitch of 3.5mil.
