高幅相一致性超短波宽带放大组件研制

摘要: 随着电子技术的快速发展,电子侦察设备对超短波宽带放大组件的需求日益增加。基于实际需要,研制了一款高幅相一致性超短波宽带放大组件。采用阻抗变换方案,实现放大组件两个输入端阻抗由200 Ω变换至50 Ω。通过放大电路、平衡—不平衡的转化,实现小信号放大及一路射频输出。此外,采用气体放电管及TVS管实现防雷设计。测试结果表明,工作电压15 V时,该放大组件在570 MHz工作带宽下,可实现增益≥15 dB、噪声系数≤2.9 dB,通过工艺过程控制,该放大组件批产后,批次相位一致性≤±3°、批次幅度一致性≤±0.5 dB,且具有体积小、重量轻、故障返修率低等特点,在国内同类产品中处于技术领先地位,已成功应用于电子侦察设备。

Abstract: With the rapid development of electronic technology, the demand for ultrashort wave and wideband amplifier module in electronic surveillance equipment is increasing day by day. This article designs a high amplitude phase consistency ultrashort wave and wideband amplifier module based on practical needs. Impedance transformation scheme is adopted to achieve the impedance of two input terminals from 200 Ω to 50 Ω. Small signal amplification and one channel RF output are achieved through amplification circuits and balanced to unbalanced conversion. In addition, gas discharge tubes and TVS tubes are used to achieve lightning protection design. The test results show that the gain of this amplifier module is more than 15 dB and the noise figure is less than 2.9 dB in the band of 570 MHz under the conditions of 15 V working voltage. Through the process control, this amplifier module's phase consistency is less than ±3°, amplitude consistency is less than ±0.5 dB, and has the advantages of small size, light weight, low failure repair rate, etc. It is in the leading position of technology in the domestic similar products, and widely used in the detection equipment already.

引言

近年来,随着我国电子装备和通信系统等领域的飞速发展,对超短波、超宽带、多功能放大组件类产品的需求持续上升。尤其是电子侦察类设备中,其抗烧毁能力、噪声系数、批次相位一致性、批次幅度一致性等指标直接决定了整机设备的核心指标,且作为天线后端的第一个组件设备,需具备特性阻抗变换及较强的防雷和抗干扰要求。因此,该组件的研制具有十分重要的军事应用价值[1-2]。

根据某系统实际需求,需研制一款高幅相一致性超短波宽带放大组件,采用阻抗变换方案,实现放大组件输入阻抗由200 Ω变换至50 Ω。通过放大电路、平衡—不平衡的转化,实现小信号放大及一路射频输出。并具备防雷功能。

由于组件需求功能较多、外形尺寸固定,市面上无合适产品可直接使用,因此需定制化设计。组件主要指标如下:

(1)工作频段:VHF-P波段;

(2)工作带宽:570 MHz;

(3)增益:≥15 dB;

(4)噪声系数:≤2.9 dB;

(5)限幅功率:≤10 W连续波;

(6)输出三阶截点值:30 dBm;

(7)射频输入:2路(200 Ω);

(8)射频输出:1路(50 Ω);

(9)射频输入端进行防雷设计;

(10)批次相位一致性≤±3°;

(11)批次幅度一致性≤±0.5 dB;

(12)外形尺寸:110mm×28 mm×18 mm(不含连接器)。
